The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Victoria continues to offer free mental health appointments with mental health accredited Social Worker, David Turnbull.

David has been providing support to the Boort community since 2019 and has a great understanding of both the challenges and the rewards of living in the bush. David is passionate about continuing to provide high quality mental health care to the Boort community.

“Understanding the challenges of living in the bush is why I am dedicated to supporting people doing it tough in rural and remote communities,” says David.

RFDS is encouraging people aged 18 years and older to reach out and make an appointment if you are experiencing:

  • Low mood or depression
